TED BAXTER.
This guy was my favorite when I was a kid, and my mom would watch Mary Tyler Moore (her favorite was Rhoda) and I would wait for Ted Baxter to show up who was basically talking to me. “The whole show should be about this guy, not the mom from Dick Van Dyke.” I had a lot of opinions about syndicated television, especially the more impenetrable shows (at least to an 8-year-old) like MTM and Bob Newhart.
A “Persons Of Interest” drawing. You can get your own here, as my schedule allows, and see all the ones thus far here. Short version is I’ll draw any famous/widely recognizable figure, fictional or historical or just popular, just once.

wow! such a perfect ted baxter.

“Nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great and sudden change.” ― Mary Shelley, Frankenstein   (cover, Maciej Ratajski)

sometimes i find puzzle-y typography to be super hokey, but i like this example and i think it really works. and the combination of modern sans serif letters with fraktur-y, calligraphic ones is neat too.
